Reservation Confirmation

Guest Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

No Shows

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not notified us in advance will be considered a “no-show” and the reservation will be non-refundable.

Changes to Reservations

Requests to change booking dates may be accommodated depending on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule reservations when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Early Departures

If a guest chooses to leave earlier than their scheduled departure date, refunds will not be issued for unused nights.
